Some dear friends of ours graciously grew corn for us this year in their patch. Last week we loaded up and spent two mornings putting up corn with them, first theirs, and then ours. We had a gloriously cool morning, and enjoyed wonderful fellowship together as we worked!! And once again, many hands make light work as we finished 130 quarts in around 4 hours.

Looks like fun!!! Though I know looks are deceiving!=) Believe me I've had to do corn before!=) Though I also know that many hands make light work, and that doing chores with friends is ten times funner than by ones self! SO yes after all it does look like fun!!! Wish I could have been there! I'm sure that you all will enjoy the delicious fruits of your labors many a yummy supper! Hope I can tastes some to sometime!=)
